IELTS GENERAL TRAINING

Both Academic and General lessons will be supplemented with Barron’s Score Higher and selected material from reliable sources. Barron’s Score Higher will be used as a practical resource for text practice. The instructor will provide intensive instructions, explanations, and related course materials that will be the foundation for learning.

All students must complete a full IELTS Speaking Examination and a Task 2 Writing answer. On completion and grading, students will be assigned to either Level 1 (Band 5.5) or Level 2 (Band 6+). Students that do not complete the required pre-testing will not be allowed to enroll in the course.

IELTS ACADEMIC

This course is recommended for those applying for higher education or professional registration in an English speaking environment. The course covers many of the intermediate academic aspects of language. It assesses one’s ability to begin their studying or training in an English speaking setting. This course is ideal for individuals planning to take higher education or professional certifications.
